PERSONAL TRAINING
We have some of the most talented Certified Personal Trainers in the industry. Each personal trainer specializes in different areas of fitness. Our trainers can help you with weight loss, rehab from an injury, bodybuilding, athletic training, youth strength training, prenatal and postnatal fitness, and everything in between.
At MPWR Fitness gym, we our offer 30-minute or 1-hour personal training sessions. A personal trainer will first create a program designed to meet your fitness goals with your budget in mind. Our programs are very flexible and can be designed to have multiple sessions per week or once a week. You can even design your workout plan to include partner training sessions as well. Your program will include cardiovascular endurance training, weight training and can include core training and flexibility. Your program can also include nutrition so that you can continue your efforts outside of the gym as well.
